GENERAL EFFECTS: Total Eclipses visible in your location will be the most powerful.

SOLAR ECLIPSE in Leo: Eclipses in this warm and hearty sign are powerful, and the resultant effects are of long or permanent duration. Energy builds intensely (think of an oven), and can be explosive. People crave excitement and fun.

Power surges and/or power outages may occur in any or all matters related to: kings, governments, dictators, rulers, management, gold, nuclear power, fuels, fire, icons, idols, the arts, the entertainment industry, cats, expenditure, gambling, children, sport, dance, drama, theatre, famous people, parks, vacation and pleasure industries. Leaders may rise to power, or fall. Athletes and new talent idols may enter the spotlight or fall. Effects are sudden and usually within one-four weeks (though ninety days, or even one year, still hold). Leo eclipses can powerfully impact the economy through their strong aspect on the banking signs of Taurus and Scorpio. Social and sports events are more stimulating, and there may be more of them. People feel more like having fun, dancing, drinking and spending money. Leo eclipses stimulate the affections. Expect large, wholesale events upon groups and their governments or leaders. This is a red-alert stock market wave. Stocks may swing up or crash down within 30 days to one year of this eclipse.

CAUTIONS: Check ovens and kilns for extra pressure building up, and stay tuned to news regarding nuclear power plants. Explosive tempers can build up in people too! Avoid radiation, heat, too much Sun. Drink enough water. Crowds or political demonstrations may be more volatile than usual. Your children and pets may become more playful, willfull, and affectionate under eclipses in Leo – the sign of children, youth and loved ones. These eclipses are red alerts for anyone with heart, stroke or brain complaints. This is no time to stress your heart. See Medical Section. A spell of super-hot weather or drought is typical. Do all you can to prevent fires.

MEDICAL EFFECTS: This eclipse is potentially dangerous for stroke prone persons or those with high blood pressure, migraine, glaucoma, eye pressure, temper problems, back, spinal-column, or brain issues. Be on guard for blood pressure swings, either up or down. This eclipse will test anyone with anger control issues. Extra heat builds within the emotions with a need for outlet: take exercise if frustrated, and be careful with your meds. Avoid surgery, especially to Leo governed areas: back, nerve sheaths, heart, brain. Our energy is affected in one extreme or another (low or high). Avoid heavy lifting. This dry, hot eclipse incites excess drinking and partying. Observe self-control. Watch for blood pressure swings.

Effects for Other Signs: Leo eclipses reflect primarily upon its opposite sign, Aquarius; and secondarily upon its two squaring signs of Taurus and Scorpio. This means that we may experience powerful effects in the areas of life governed by these signs as well.
